Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lxyyds13@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at lxyyds13@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lxyyds13@outlook.com.

At Alucset, your privacy is a priority. We understand that the personal data you entrust to us requires careful handling and robust protection. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the measures we take to safeguard your data when you access our website, place orders, or interact with our services. By using Alucset.com, you agree to the practices outlined below.
Information We Collect
We gather two broad categories of information: data you provide directly and data collected automatically when you visit our site.
• Information You Provide: When you create an account or complete a purchase, you may supply your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment details. We do not store raw credit or debit card numbers on our servers; instead, we rely on certified payment processors that comply with PCI standards. If you register for an Alucset account, you can also provide a username, password, product preferences, wish lists, and any notes or special instructions for customer support. Whenever you contact us—whether by email, live chat, or support ticket—we record any details you share in those communications. Additionally, if you participate in surveys or promotional events, we collect feedback and demographic information you choose to submit.
• Information Collected Automatically: When you navigate Alucset.com, our servers record technical details about your device and browsing session. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, and approximate geographic location (city or region). We also use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to track which pages you view, how often you visit, how long you spend on each page, the links you click, and any errors you encounter. We keep records of your purchase history, items added to your shopping cart, and past searches so that we can personalize your shopping experience and recommend products tailored to your interests.
How We Use Your Information
Your personal data enables us to fulfill orders, communicate with you about purchases, and continuously improve our offerings:
– Order Processing and Fulfillment: We use your name, address, and order details to prepare and ship your purchases. Payment information is transmitted securely to our payment partners for authorization and processing. Once payment is confirmed, we send you order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking numbers.
– Customer Support: When you contact our support team, we reference your account history, order records, and previous interactions to resolve issues efficiently. Any information you share during those conversations—such as feedback or troubleshooting details—helps us improve our service.
– Marketing and Promotions: If you opt in to receive newsletters, special offers, or promotional messages, we will send you email campaigns featuring new products, discounts, or seasonal sales. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; if you click it, we will remove you from our marketing list. We do not send promotional emails without your permission.
– Personalization and Analytics: By analyzing anonymized or aggregated data—such as which product categories are most popular, which pages generate the most engagement, and general browsing patterns—we identify trends and refine Alucset.com. This analysis never exposes your personal identity. We use these insights internally to optimize website performance, user experience, and product assortment.
– Fraud Prevention and Legal Compliance: We employ security measures and monitoring tools to detect fraudulent transactions or unusual account activity. In rare cases, we may share certain details with law enforcement if required by applicable law, a subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alucset, our users, or others.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Alucset shares data only when necessary to provide the services you request or when required by law:
• Service Providers: To process payments, we share order and transaction details (excluding full card numbers) with our PCI-compliant payment gateways. For shipping and delivery, we provide your name, address, and order specifics to logistics partners so that your items reach you promptly. We also work with cloud hosting providers and technical vendors who maintain our website infrastructure; these partners access data solely to perform maintenance and support tasks under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if we receive a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process. Additionally, if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of Alucset, our users, or the public, we will cooperate with law enforcement or other regulatory authorities.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, Alucset’s customer information may be part of the transferred assets. Any successor entity will continue to maintain privacy protections consistent with this policy.
• Marketing Data (Aggregate/De-identified): Occasionally, we share anonymized or aggregated statistics with third-party marketing partners to help us improve ad targeting and campaign effectiveness. These summaries might include overall demographic breakdowns or aggregate purchase volumes; none of this data can be traced back to an individual user. You always have the option to opt out of such data sharing.
We never sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
Data Security
We implement a variety of technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information:
– Encryption: All data transmissions between your browser and our servers use SSL/TLS encryption, ensuring that information exchanged in checkout forms, account pages, and other sensitive sections cannot be intercepted.
– Access Controls: Only authorized employees and service providers who have a legitimate business need may access customer data. We enforce strict password policies and two-factor authentication for internal systems that process or store personal information.
– Secure Storage: Your personal data is stored on secure servers that are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits. We conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate any potential weaknesses.
– Ongoing Monitoring: We continually monitor our systems for unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and other security threats. If we discover a breach that affects your data, we will notify you and the appropriate regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
While no security measures are infallible, we work diligently to maintain industry-standard practices and continually improve our defenses.
Your Rights and Choices
You have control over the personal information we hold about you:
– Access and Correction: If you have an Alucset account, you can log in at any time to review and update your profile information, including your name, email address, and shipping preferences. If you do not have an account or prefer personal assistance, you may contact us to request a copy of the data we maintain about you or to correct any inaccuracies.
– Account Closure and Data Deletion: If you wish to close your account and have your personal data deleted, please submit a request through our support channel. We will comply with applicable data protection laws and remove your information unless retention is required for legitimate business purposes (for example, to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes).
– Unsubscribing from Marketing Communications: Each promotional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also update your preferences in your account settings to opt out of all marketing messages. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send you transactional emails—such as order confirmations or shipping notifications—that are necessary for fulfilling your purchases.
– Cookie and Tracking Preferences: When you first visit Alucset.com, a cookie banner allows you to accept or customize your cookie settings. You may disable non-essential cookies at any time by adjusting your browser preferences; however, disabling essential cookies might affect your ability to complete certain actions (for example, logging in or adding items to your cart).
If you believe your rights under applicable privacy laws have been violated, you may file a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email or a prominent banner on Alucset.com.
