Order Processing
Most ready-to-ship items leave our facility within one business day (Monday through Friday) of your order being placed. Any product listed as a pre-order or customized option will display an estimated dispatch date directly on its product page, so you’ll know when to expect it to ship.

Where We Ship
We offer delivery to all 48 contiguous U.S. states using UPS. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories through our standard shipping channels. If you need delivery outside the contiguous United States or to an international destination, contact our customer service team for a personalized quote.

Shipping Rates and Transit Times
Standard delivery is free for all qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S., and typically arrives within three to five business days from the date of shipment. If you live in a remote or hard‐to‐reach area, additional freight fees might apply; we will notify you of any extra charges before completing your order.

• Always double‐check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.
• We accept P.O. Box deliveries, but only via USPS.
• Once your order is on its way, we’ll send an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
• If you realize you need to change the delivery address, please notify us within one hour of placing your order.
• While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather events or unforeseen transportation issues). If problems arise, our support team will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
